Join a Video Meeting

Connect the HDMI and USB Cables

Connect the HDMI and USB cables, located on the table, to your laptop.
Note: Some firm laptops require a USB-C adapter to use the HDMI and USB cables.

Join the Meeting





Join the Meeting using the calendar invite.

Select the Camera, Speakers & Microphone
Microsoft Teams and Zoom provide a screen to select you camera, speakers and microphone prior to joining the meeting.
Select the Yealink Camera and Microphone. Set the speakers to the Samsung TV.
